60-day pilot offer
For first-time customers we run a structured pilot: £500 setup covers configuration, data import, a one-hour staff walkthrough, and your first compliance pack. If it works, you move onto a monthly subscription with no long contract. If it doesn't, you walk away with the data.

Where is the data hosted?
UK / EU. Vercel for the application, Supabase Postgres 17 in eu-west-1 (Ireland) for the database, Resend for transactional email. Full sub-processor list on the security page.
Is there a free trial?
The demo at /demo is free and always on — seeded with realistic data and reset regularly. There is no free production tier; a paid pilot starts at £299/month + £500 setup.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Monthly billing, no minimum term after the 60-day pilot. You take a CSV / PDF export on the way out — see the data deletion policy.
Can we self-host?
Not the standard product. White-label tier customers can optionally take a dedicated Supabase project under their own account so data ownership is total — talk to us via /contact.
