Terms of service

The agreement that governs use of Compliance Hub Core.

Effective 2026-05-15.

1. Who we are

Compliance Hub Core ("the Service") is operated by Aleejy AI (United Kingdom) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using a demo you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping credentials secret. You must tell us promptly if you suspect a credential is compromised. Super-admin users can invite and revoke colleagues — please use that responsibility carefully.

3. Acceptable use

You will not (a) upload content that breaks the law, (b) attempt to circumvent the access controls of the Service, (c) reverse-engineer the platform other than for ordinary security research, or (d) use the Service to send unsolicited communications. The full list lives in the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Subscription & payment

Paid plans bill monthly in advance. The 60-day pilot covers setup, data import and a first compliance pack; afterwards the standard tier price applies. Either party may cancel for any reason at the end of a billing month.

5. Your data

Your operational data remains yours. We process it on your behalf under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). On termination we retain customer data for three months — to allow recovery of an accidental cancellation — then permanently delete it. A CSV export is provided on request before deletion.

6. Service availability

We aim for the platform to be available 24/7 but do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage at this tier. Maintenance windows are announced where they affect normal working hours. There is no liability for incidental or consequential losses arising from outages.

7. Liability cap

Our aggregate liability under these terms in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law forbids us from excluding.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance to the registered super-admin email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
