Demo environment rules
The demo is a real production deployment of the same code paying customers run. To keep it safe and useful for everyone we apply these rules:
Sample data only
Resident records, contractor details, certificate numbers — all fictitious. Do not enter any real personal or operational data.
Regular reset
Demo data is reset to the seed periodically. Anything you add during a demo session may disappear in the next cycle.
No outbound side-effects
Email notifications are sandboxed in the demo environment. Inviting users, attaching documents and sign-offs work, but no real notifications are sent to addresses other than the demo accounts.
