Data deletion policy
What happens to your data when you stop using the Service.

On request, while you are a customer
You can ask us to delete a specific user, document, contractor or organisation at any time by emailing info@jonnyai.co.uk. Deletion is honoured within 30 days, sooner where it is operationally trivial.
On termination
When your subscription ends we retain your data for three months — this is the recovery window. If you have not asked us to delete it sooner, after three months we permanently delete the database rows and the associated storage objects.
Exports
Before deletion we will provide a CSV export of every module you used. PDF compliance packs are produced on request. There is no fee for the export of standard modules.
Audit log
The append-only activity log is retained for the same three-month window after termination, then deleted. It is included in the CSV export.
Backups
Where we hold backups, they are subject to the same retention. The retention period for the operational data also bounds the retention period for backups taken during the relationship.
