Acceptable use policy

The behaviour we expect of users — and what we'll act on.

Effective 2026-05-15.

Do not

Use the Service to: (a) store or transmit illegal content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data; (c) probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written consent; (d) upload malware; (e) send unsolicited bulk communications via the platform; (f) attempt to circumvent rate limits or service-credit boundaries.

Demo environment

Demo accounts are for evaluation only. Do not enter real personal data, real medical records, real safeguarding information, or anything that would breach UK GDPR if it leaked. Demo records may be reset to seed values at any time.

Reporting

Report breaches of this policy by other users — or your own accidental breaches — to info@jonnyai.co.uk. We will investigate and respond within one business day.

Enforcement

We may suspend access where a serious breach is reported, pending investigation. Persistent or wilful breaches can lead to permanent termination without refund of fees paid for the period of breach.

These are templates drafted for the operator's use as a UK SaaS product. They are not legal advice. The operator must have them reviewed by a solicitor before relying on them in real customer agreements.
